Kalyeserye sweetheart Maine Mendoza is trading her lip syncing for singing live as she explores the music scene with Universal Records. The record label revealed their newest star on their Instagram account on Saturday with a short clip of Maine wearing a stylish "Universal" jacket. Towards the end of the video, an animated text popped up which says, "She is ready!" followed by "Maine Mendoza is Universal." Neocolours vocalist Ito Rapadas is the "over-all producer" of Maine's upcoming album. Maine previously recorded a song which she personally wrote for her movie "Imagine You and Me." Maine made it to YES! Magazine's "100 Most Beautiful Stars" under the Generation A-Listers category.
